MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting)

Applying for an order under section 8 Children Act 1989 – child arrangements order, specific issue order, prohibited steps order or an order changing or discharging one of these orders or for permission to apply for a section 8 order

Applying for other orders under the Children Act 1989 except for care and supervision orders or section 8 orders. This form applies to applications for parental responsibility
